Portraits...

   Attempting a portrait in oils or acrylic is always a daunting and challenging process.

   I work either from a life model or photographs, and usually find some rapport with my subject which materialises in the finished painting. I particularly enjoy painting children.

   It is very rewarding to accomplish a likeness that pleases both the subject and the client.
